    Return Policy

    Return Eligibility:

    You may request a return or exchange within 3 days from the date of delivery.

    To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.

    Return Process:

    To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at 985400-8001. Provide your order details, reason for the return, and any supporting evidence, such as photographs or videos, if applicable.

     

    Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if necessary.

    Once you receive the RMA number, securely package the product and include all original accessories and documentation.

    Ship the product back to us at the provided return address. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your return.

    Refund Options:

    Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

     

    If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 days, and the refund amount will be credited to your original payment method.

    Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
